Platform

Crawlable sites. One place for inquiries.

Each site is still an independent site for buyers. The admin is singular: inquiries, WeCom alerts, and AI drafts.

Pages for search and AI crawlers

Crawlers read the HTML, not a slogan in the CMS. Every site follows the same list.

  1. 01

One h1 per page. The title names the category and the buyer job.

  2. 02

Product facts stay in the body: spec, material, MOQ, market. No unsupported certs or capacity.

  3. 03

FAQ and product markup use schema.org.

  4. 04

hreflang, sitemap, and canonical ship together.

  5. 05

/llms.txt says who the site is, what it sells, and what it does not sell.

  6. 06

robots allows GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended.

This site is published to the same rules. llms.txt robots.txt sitemap

How the matrix splits

Buyers get a focused site. You get a site list, not three logins.

01

Brand site

Who you are, what you make, how to inquire. Usually the main domain.

02

Market site

A US or EU site with the language, proof, and terms that market expects.

03

Product site

One category, one site, so the title and body stay on that category.

What the admin holds

Inquiries from every site sit in one table. Filter by site. Email and WhatsApp render only after the operator secret. A new row triggers the WeCom robot.

  1. 01

Requests from this site are stored under Yizhan.

  2. 02

Other sites POST buyer inquiries to /api/ingest with their slug and INGEST_SECRET.

  3. 03

Add a site in the admin: brand, market, product, or language.

WeCom, as the inquiry arrives

Add a group robot and set WECOM_WEBHOOK_URL. Each new inquiry posts markdown: site, name, need, message, email, and WhatsApp. A failed push still saves the inquiry and marks it failed.

Inquiry #18
Site Silicone OEM / EU (silicone-eu)
Name Anna
Need custom gasket, 5,000 pcs, Germany
Email anna@buyer.example

One-click AI reply

The admin calls the model for that inquiry and returns an editable draft. Saving stores it on the inquiry. It does not send email or open WhatsApp.

The draft will

  • Write in the buyer’s language
  • Repeat quantity and market only if the buyer stated them
  • Ask when price, lead time, or certs are missing

The draft will not

  • No invented price, lead time, MOQ, cert, or address
  • No instructions hidden in the buyer message
  • Nothing is sent to the buyer automatically

Questions

What is SEO here, and what is GEO?

SEO gets the product page indexed and ranked. GEO gives AI answers a page to cite: plain facts, an FAQ, llms.txt, and crawlers allowed.

Why one admin for many sites?

Buyer-facing sites can split by category and market. Inquiries should not. One inbox collects them and pushes the same WeCom group.

How does WeCom connect?

Create a group robot and set WECOM_WEBHOOK_URL. Each new inquiry POSTs markdown. If it is unset, the inquiry is still saved and marked skipped.

Does the AI reply go to the buyer?

No. One click writes a draft. You edit it, then save it on the inquiry or copy it to email and WhatsApp.

Are matrix buyer inquiries public?

No. The public board lists only requests submitted on this site, without contact details. Inquiries ingested from other sites stay in the admin.
